What you eat is step one to reaching your full potential! Concentrate on ONE good thing to ADD to your diet. Then watch the bad things fall away. Directing your attention on what you cant have only makes you crave those things more. So instead ask yourself "What's something I like and is good for me?". It can be anything from berries to oranges to nuts and so on.I do caution if it comes in a box and under ingredients on the label, if you cant in vision the ingredient in its natural form or you don't know what it is. It's likely its NOT made for your body to process.

When we eat processed foods it confuses the body because it can not recognize these new foreign material. Medical Care is through the roof and people are reacting at younger and younger ages. Look around and ask "why?" It all starts with our food.
